What’s In It?

We’ve searched all over to find plant based versions of the essential amino acids to bring them to you in this easy-to-use powder form. We use the L- forms of the amino acids which are more readily bioavailable than the alternate D-form.

All essential amino acids (Lysine, Leucine, Iso-Leucine, Valine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Methionine, Histidine, Tryptophan) plus one conditionally essential amino acid – Tyrosine.

MAY contain traces of nuts.

How to Use

amEnO comes in an easy-to-use powder form. Simply find your dose and mix in water or juice to suit your taste. We highly recommend a good squeeze of lemon juice in water as a great mixer. Best taken on an empty stomach.

Wow… I never knew I had an amino acid deficiency until I got a sample of amEnos to try just at the start of the new year. Minutes after taking my first dose I noticed an amazing increase in energy that didn’t fade away. I’ve now been taking the 9 essential amino acids most days and it still amazes me how it can snap me out of my morning grogginess!

I have been taking this product about 4 weeks now and have found this product to be absolutely superb and have been recommending it to all my family and friends.

I cannot explain how it has changed my life, my wife and children have also noticed the change as i am no where near as moody or angry as I was before taking the product. I seem to be a different person.
I can only say thank you again for introducing me to this amazing product and if i could give it 10 stars that still would not be enough for me.

I have now been taking amEnO for 3 months. When I started taking it I had an instant boost of energy and clarity of mind – as if my brain had just come out of a fog. I welcomed this instant response and it continues. I am loving having more energy and also love the fact that I am giving my body something that it was lacking.

I took 3 teaspoons on first day and after my racketball game which was quite gruelling I still had enthusiasm for a big weights work out at gym which I did. (Ive never done back2back like this before) it’s not a huge spike of energy like coffee hit, but it’s more like a feeling of stability and a large reserve of calm stamina.

Next day I took 3 spoons and didn’t feel that much, and was a bit sluggish. So it’s not a magic pill. You have to choose to work with it.

Then next day I took 5 spoons and then swam. I ended up swimming 40 lengths and could’ve kept on swimming. Admittedly I’m quite fit but I felt strong. And all on empty stomach. I find also, that My hunger doesn’t spike as much and I can last longer without food. My choice of food tends to be healthier too. And light foods are more welcoming.

The powder tastes rancid and I gag a lot drinking it. and that’s the only downside but there’s something sadistically pleasurable about drinking it because you know it’s going to pay off during day.

I’m SUPER IMPRESSED with my results from the AmEnO powder – feels like my body is LAPPING it up & ABSORBING it – like finding life-giving water in the desert after being deprived of it for too long! Awesome & FAST too!

After having been on a mainly plant based diet for over 3 decades I seemed to have developed a very noticeable weakening of my muscles, low energy & an overall lack of motivation…

So when a friend recently showed me testimonials from people changing back to a mainly meat based diet after being on a long term plant based diet – who were basically stating they were having the most amazing results, like muscle aches disappearing, bursts of energy & running up the stairs, no more brain fog etc etc (although also due to eliminating junk, alcohol & doing short fasts – hmmm) and claiming that all their bodies needs were now apparently fulfilled by having ‘a simple daily piece of meat’ (as someone commented) – I was beginning to think that just MAYBE it was meat I was missing… 🙁

(Over the years I had occasionally thought that maybe I was lacking something essential that’s in meat & nowhere else (I tried grass fed meat) – but knowing too much about all the nasties in most available meats which I just didn’t want in my body I couldn’t stick with it…)

When I heard about the AmEnO powder & ordered it – it was like: BOOOM! I FELT it right after the first dose, my body was showing me: THIS is what you’ve been missing! An almost immediate sense of joy & energy and ‘satisfaction’, snacks seemed totally irrelevant & undesirable! A couple of days later I noticed some strength coming back into my muscles (it had been quite extreme before) & my head clearing too – and I just KNEW that this is what I need… I don’t actually need MEAT lol – I need & am deficient in these Amino Acids!! What a relief & revelation!

Last night I was suddenly feeling EXTREMELY tired – and started ‘fantasizing’ again: maybe what I need is some organic chicken…?! Then I remembered my AmEnO powder – I took a teaspoonful DRY (letting it dissolve in my mouth without water) and within MINUTES I felt the energy rushing back into my body, like ready to start a new day YAY! AND when I thought about my musings about organic chicken in my diet: I had NO cravings for that at all!!! Nor did I want any other snacks. Having listened to Darren on a Clive De Carle interview i came across the importance of amino acids, I didn’t feel much from the first dose but i do eat alot of meat fish, liver etc. I then took it morning and second in the evening.
Benefits have included better mood and my sleep has improved. I now remember my dreams and this is going to be a staple in my diet and would recommend to everyone. I also turned half the bag into capsules for my wife , I have it with a glass of water, it doesn’t taste nice but also doesn’t taste bad either. Would 100% recommend.
