SHIPPING & RETURNS

We have upgraded our services with Royal Mail to a premium fully tracked 24 or 48 service.

Due to the way the Royal Mail collections work, the collection of an order placed can only be arranged from the next working day (as long as the products ordered are in stock) – meaning it will be the tracked 24 or 48 service from the day of collection.

Returns are accepted with 14 days, but you must ensure you contact us for a Returns number before sending back.  You, the buyer is responsible for any returns postage costs.

A refund is possible if the product is in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds are otherwise not possible unless there is a flaw or problem with the product itself.  Contact us if this is the case
