This is our flagship amEnO blend PLUS a truly spectacular array of vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients! Great for fostering resilience and a strong foundation for your body to deal with the demands of the day.
This PLUS variation includes THE BEST multivitamin, mineral and probiotic blend we have ever come across. It is a great pleasure to finally include it with amEnO, but please be aware, while most ingredients are vegan, there are some which only allow a vegetarian classification, so be aware this product is VEGETARIAN, but not vegan.
Great for energy, shaking a low mood, poor motivation, hormonal slump or menopause, recovery from injury or disease, skin & joints, getting out of a long term slump, dieting/weight loss (no more ‘fridge farming’ is common feedback), poor dietary choices or big dietary change
amEnO is the first complete essential amino acid supplement that’s also suitable for vegans.
The essential amino acids are a special group of 9 important nutritional ‘building blocks’ that cannot be made in or by the body. If you are not getting them from your diet, you are not getting them at all, leading to a host of potential implications for your mood, energy levels, drive, and more.
Most amino acid supplements on the market are aimed at athletes and bodybuilders, or are in tablets so large you’re not sure which end they are supposed to go in.
This is where amEnO comes in, with dose ratios and levels based on ratios published by the WHO for the average person.

amEnO+ comes in an easy-to-use powder form. Simply find your dose and mix in water or juice to suit your taste. We highly recommend a good squeeze of lemon juice in water as a great mixer. Best taken on an empty stomach.
amEnO is 100% amino acids. It has a strong taste that most users find they don’t mind after about 3-4 weeks. Some people add it to smoothies, others use smoothies to get rid of the taste. Others have it short in water, some long, others in juice. See what works for you, or order the capsules.
