The taste is strong, and quite ‘vitamin-y’, on its own mixed with a milk, however I really like it blended in a smoothie with a banana, fresh or frozen, oat or almond milk, cashew or almond butter, vanilla extract and a medjool date. Very sustaining and often stops me wanting a mid/late-morning cup of tea with a sweet snack. Really like it.

A bit of flavour for the ones that moan that the taste is stopping them from feeling better… I like to have this with a spoon of ameno’s on top for a supper boost

I was so impressed with the result from the sample that I ordered a pack. It cleared any negative thoughts and allowed clear rational thoughts to flood in.

My husband and my mum died 3 weeks apart in August this year. I was devestated and broken. I had become deeply depressed and life was horrible, I didnt want to be alive any more. My friend offered me some of her Umf. At first I didnt notice any difference but when I woke up the next day, I felt alive again. My mind was clear, my thoughts were positive, my body didnt ache the way it had the day before. I honestly can not believe the difference this has made, its like a black cloud has been lifted. I will definitly be buying some more and I will be recommending it to any one I can. Thank you so much.

Who’s turned the lights up? I tried a small amount of the sample Chris sent me and must admit didn’t feel any difference from the amEnO. So this morning thought got nothing to lose so used the rest of the packet in one go. Well that did the job for me and I’ll definitely be ordering some. All my positivity came flooding back and I’m ready for anything. Thanks to the wizard who put this together ????????
