NAC is the more bioavailable form of the amino acid Cysteine. It is one of the three building blocks of the body’s own ‘master detoxifier’ – Glutathione. This is well known to be one of the most powerful antioxidants because it is ‘the bodys’ own’.

NAC combines with Glycine and Glutamine (two of the most abundant amino acids in the body) to make Glutathione.

NAC has also been proven to boost the immune system, suppress viral replication, and reduce inflammation.

How to use –

For powder, 1/5 tsp is approx. 600mg. Mix with water and take 1-2 times per day.

For capsules, 1 capsule is approx. 550mg. Take 1-2 capsules per day.
